Tresort Nights

At Tresort, summer comes alive through a special story made of taste, music and atmosphere. In the heart of our olive grove, the agritourism restaurant Al Serafìco hosts Tresort Nights: Oil & Jazz, a series of three evenings designed to experience the Maremma in a more intimate and evocative way, with tastings, bubbles and live music.

 

The dates to mark are 12 July, 19 July and 26 July: three events dedicated to those who wish to enjoy a dinner out of the ordinary, immersed in the peaceful setting of the park and accompanied by the sounds of live jazz.

 

A special dinner in the heart of the olive grove

For the occasion, Al Serafìco offers a fixed menu available in two versions, meat and fish, created to enhance the local area and tell its flavours with authenticity.

Olive oil, one of the defining elements of Tresort, becomes the common thread of a gastronomic experience that brings together quality ingredients, seasonality and creativity. Each dish is designed to celebrate the richness of the Maremma, turning dinner into a moment to be savoured slowly.

Throughout July, dinner will be accompanied by sparkling wine and live jazz, creating an elegant, relaxed and deeply summery atmosphere.

The menus of the evenings

For Tresort Nights, Al Serafìco offers a fixed menu available in two versions, meat and fish, both priced at €75 per person.

Both proposals include a welcome glass of sparkling wine.

Meat menu

Chef’s amuse-bouche

Starter
Aubergine parmigiana reinterpreted by our chef.

First course
Roasted potato gnocchi with butter and duck ragù, scented with Sichuan pepper.

Main course
Flat Iron Steak, Maremmana beef “cappello del prete” glazed with chestnut honey and cooked over holm oak embers, served with Tuscan friggitelli peppers sautéed with garlic.

Dessert
Our bread, butter and jam served with homemade gelato.


Fish menu

Starter
Orbetello sea bass ceviche with Tuscan melon, ginger, Tropea red onion and Marittimo olive oil.

First course
Mezzi paccheri with smoked swordfish, crispy aubergine and aubergine cream.

Main course
Salt cod cooked slowly at low temperature in oil, served on a cream of Maremma chickpeas with crunchy ancient-grain bread.

Dessert
Pavlova with white peach gelée, caramelised peaches and apricots.

The music of Tresort Nights

The evenings will be accompanied by a selection of musicians chosen to create an elegant, warm and engaging atmosphere, in perfect balance with the cuisine of the agritourism restaurant Al Serafìco and the peaceful setting of our olive grove.

Sunday, 12 July will open the series with the Swing Trio, featuring Daniela Samperi on vocals, Federico Righi on drums and Alessio Buccella on piano: a refined and lively appointment, ideal for inaugurating Tresort Nights.

Sunday, 19 July will feature the Jazz Trio, with Diego Onorato on double bass, Stefano Marini on guitar and Naima Cantini on vocals, for an evening of enveloping and sophisticated sounds.

Sunday, 26 July will close the calendar with the Jazz Duo formed by Stefano Marini on guitar and Emanuele Marsico on vocals and trumpet, for an intimate and evocative finale, perfect for letting the music accompany the evening until late.
