Since 1938, Mario Picciarelli has cared for the local olive-growing tradition through repeated gestures in the sacred silence of the Maremma countryside, at Principina Terra. When the family's land was taken over by entrepreneur Massimo Bismuto, numerous improvements - including new plantings and acquisitions - expanded the property to nearly 25 hectares, breathing new life into a place already rich in history.

Tresort Oil Glamping is the result of a vision that grew over 5 years, following the natural rhythm of the land. The project takes root in 2020 within the Tuscany Royal Estate, a farm founded in 2017 from the production of PGI extra virgin olive oil, Serafìco. Under Massimo's guidance, production evolved into 4 blends plus a monovarietal, each a different expression of this land.
